What Now

Organizations are losing the very women they most want to keep. The high performers, rising stars, and leaders they don’t want to burn out.

Retention isn’t a skills problem. It’s a disconnection problem.
When leaders feel cut off from their true selves, they disengage or leave.

Traditional leadership programs focus on performance. But the real issue isn’t performance. It’s presence.

What I Do

I help women leaders move beyond fear into courage, clarity, and authentic connection.

My work blends:
Change science — practical frameworks for sustainable growth
Corporate experience — lived leadership in high-pressure environments
Presence practices — meditation, right-brain thinking, intuition, and consciousness-raising activities
Interfaith wisdom — grounded presence in crisis, interfaith and non-religious depth
This isn’t about adding more skills to the toolbox.

It’s about helping leaders remember who they are and how to lead from that place.

The Evidence

Recent research confirms what many leaders already feel. Presence, meaning, and connection at work matter. They are craving the deeper human need to feel aligned and engaged.

  • ➡ Leaders who practice spiritually aware leadership significantly increase employee commitment and trust.
  • ➡ Workplace spirituality (as defined in research) boosts job satisfaction, well-being, and productivity.
  • ➡ Integrating purpose, motivation, and presence directly enhances employee performance through greater job satisfaction.

Supporting leaders’ inner well-being is one of the most effective ways to retain top talent, foster resilience, and create cultures where people bring their full selves to work.

That’s why I created Corporate Courage Circles. To give your most valuable leaders a space to reconnect to what matters, build courage, and stay engaged in the work they’re meant to do.

Corporate Courage Circles

A retention gift for top talent.

Every organization has women they don’t want to burn out. The new leaders with fresh vision, the high performers who hold teams together, the rising stars they hope will stay.

Courage Circles are designed for them.

  • âś“ Small, intimate groups (6–8 women)
  • âś“ A series of guided sessions (6–8 over three months)
  • âś“ Space to reconnect to their true selves, deepen resilience, and lead with clarity and courage

Unlike traditional training, Courage Circles are not about more skills. They are about presence. They are about connection. They are about courage.

The result? Leaders who feel renewed, supported, and engaged. And organizations that keep the talent they can’t afford to lose.

What Changes in a Courage Circle

When leaders step into a Courage Circle, they don’t walk away with another binder of skills. They walk away with something far more valuable:

  • âžś Courage instead of fear — showing up authentically, even in high-pressure rooms
  • âžś Clarity instead of confusion — making decisions from a grounded, inner place
  • âžś Connection instead of isolation — building trust with peers and with themselves
  • âžś Presence instead of burnout — leading with steadiness that ripples through teams

This isn’t just leadership development.

It’s deeper work that helps leaders live and lead from authenticity, courage, and presence.

Workshops and Keynotes

Workshops are the front door. A way to bring the language of courage, authenticity, and presence into the organization broadly.

Sample Topics:

  • 1 The Courage to Lead — moving from fear-based leadership to courage-driven leadership
  • 2 Beyond Burnout — resilience practices that restore energy and clarity
  • 3 Authenticity at Work — closing the gap between who we are and how we lead
  • 4 Presence Under Pressure — how leaders create steadiness in uncertain times

This isn’t just leadership development.

It’s deeper work that helps leaders live and lead from authenticity, courage, and presence.

About Amanda

In boardrooms, it shows up as exhaustion, hesitation, and safe choices.
In hospice rooms, it shows up as regret for a life unlived.

My purpose is to help leaders move beyond fear and into courage, so they can thrive personally and stay engaged professionally.

What makes me different is the integration I bring:

  • Former corporate executive
  • Executive coaching certificate from Northwestern University
  • Interfaith, non-religious spiritual leader trained in meditation, intuition, and presence practices
  • Grounded with an MS in science-based change theories

I don’t measure success by performance metrics only. I measure it by whether leaders feel less afraid, more alive, and more true to themselves, because those are the leaders who stay, inspire trust, and create cultures people don’t want to leave.
