What Now
Â
Organizations are losing the very women they most want to keep. The high performers, rising stars, and leaders they don’t want to burn out.
Retention isn’t a skills problem. It’s a disconnection problem.
When leaders feel cut off from their true selves, they disengage or leave.
Traditional leadership programs focus on performance. But the real issue isn’t performance. It’s presence.
Corporate Courage Circles
Â
A retention gift for top talent.
Every organization has women they don’t want to burn out. The new leaders with fresh vision, the high performers who hold teams together, the rising stars they hope will stay.
Â
Courage Circles are designed for them.
Â
- ✓ Small, intimate groups (6–8 women)
- ✓ A series of guided sessions (6–8 over three months)
- âś“ Space to reconnect to their true selves, deepen resilience, and lead with clarity and courage
Unlike traditional training, Courage Circles are not about more skills. They are about presence. They are about connection. They are about courage.
The result? Leaders who feel renewed, supported, and engaged. And organizations that keep the talent they can’t afford to lose.
Invitation
Â
If you’re ready to invest in the women leaders you can’t afford to lose, let’s talk.
Â
Corporate Courage Circles aren’t another training. They are a signal of trust, a space for renewal, and a bold investment in the kind of leadership that lasts.

About Amanda
Â
In boardrooms, it shows up as exhaustion, hesitation, and safe choices.
In hospice rooms, it shows up as regret for a life unlived.
My purpose is to help leaders move beyond fear and into courage, so they can thrive personally and stay engaged professionally.
What makes me different is the integration I bring:
- Former corporate executive
- Executive coaching certificate from Northwestern University
- Interfaith, non-religious spiritual leader trained in meditation, intuition, and presence practices
- Grounded with an MS in science-based change theories
I don’t measure success by performance metrics only. I measure it by whether leaders feel less afraid, more alive, and more true to themselves, because those are the leaders who stay, inspire trust, and create cultures people don’t want to leave.
