Is This You?

You think, “is this all there is?” and then feel guilty because you are grateful but still can’t shake the feeling that there is more.

You long to do something to help the world right now but don’t know where to start.

You are in a career that no longer serves you, are wondering what is next but have no idea what that is.

You have experienced a major transition like a divorce, health diagnosis or lay-off that has left you feeling ungrounded and you want to feel secure again so you can move forward.

You feel like you are running out of time to fulfill your purpose, but you still don’t know what your purpose is.

You think you know what you want to do next but you think it is too crazy and fear criticism.

You have not been in the workforce for years and are afraid to step back in, because so much has changed, including you.

You crave a community of women where you all support each other in being brave, because many days you just feel alone and stuck.
The Big Question
Â
What would your life look like if you lived fully and courageously?
What legacy do you want to leave for your own children or the next generation about living an empowered life without regrets?
The Start of Courage CirclesÂ

“I admire women who just do scary stuff and try new things. I want to be around those kinds of women.”
That’s what one woman told me when I asked why she was joining Courage Circles.
But I know, she is already that woman!
That brave, curious, powerful version of herself isn’t missing.
She’s just waiting to be heard.
She hasn’t yet learned how to access her inner knowing.
She hasn’t had the kind of community that reminds her it’s safe to trust herself.
What I’ve Learned
Â
Sitting with people at the end of their lives taught me something I carry into everything I do now.Â
Dying is not a choice. But living courageously in this life is.
And the women I work with want to live with fewer regrets. They want to say yes to what really matters. They just need the space and the support to do it.
Not Just A Mindset Shift
So often we tell ourselves we just need to work on our mindset. We try to think our way into change.
But real transformation goes deeper than that. This isn’t just a mindset shift, it’s a whole-body knowing. A discomfort that shows up almost every day, in your chest, your stomach, your bones.
Something feels off. You may not have words for it yet, but you know it’s there.

Why Nothing Else Has Worked
We distract ourselves with what’s easy.
Another wellness trend, another productivity hack.
Maybe if you lift heavy enough or walk long enough with that weighted vest, the feeling will go away. But it doesn’t.
Because it isn’t about fixing your morning routine.
It’s about facing the stories you’re still carrying.
The ones that say you’re too much. Or not enough.
The ones that whisper that you shouldn’t speak up, that your voice doesn’t matter, that you’ll be found out or let someone down.

The Sacred Fear
You may even be afraid to seek support from a coach or a therapist because deep down you worry.
What if it actually works?
What if coaching helps me see things clearly, and then I have to act on what I see?
What if I can’t keep going through the motions once I’ve named what I really want?
That fear is sacred. It means you’re standing at a threshold.
You are exactly where you need to be to take your first courageous step.
A Personal Note
I’ve been there. I know it’s scary. Here is what I know now:
You don’t have to blow up your life to be courageous!
Most of the time it just requires a little bit of personal development work and a “double click” on some of your conditioning to get you started.
You will learn so much just by doing that and be surprised by how much more sure of yourself you feel.
From that assuredness, you will take the next steps necessary.
